The Department of Economics at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position starting in August 2018. We seek candidates in Health/Education Economics, Political Economy or Environmental Economics. Loyola Marymount requires a commitment to teaching in a liberal arts environment, where faculty members are expected to achieve excellence in scholarship and teaching and to contribute meaningfully to service. Departmental representatives will attend the ASSA meetings in San Francisco in January 2018, where interviews will be conducted.
