Job Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Mentoring/coaching candidates by supporting them through the use of LiveText, Unit Fieldwork Projects, and the timely completion of required documentation and activities

Collaborating with Site Supervisors and course instructors to ensure that candidates successfully complete their Unit Fieldwork Projects

Completing Clinical Skills and Fieldwork in Residency evaluations of candidates to assess mastery of student learning outcomes

Participating in required professional development opportunities Participating in required ISLA events and activities

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a leadership capacity at a school site,
school district, charter management organization, or at the archdiocesan level

Experience working with low ­income students and with students of color is highly desirable

Required Education:

California Administrative Services Credential, is highly desirable

Functional knowledge of computers and technology, including LiveText and Blackboard applications, is highly desirable
